KNVI present at the IFIP Board Meeting 14th of April
IFIP is having its Board Meeting in Sydney this year on April 14th, hosted by the Australian Computer Society (ACS).
On the day before, IFIP is also hosting a IFIP Strategy Day on April 13th. The extended IFIP Family have been invited to attend the IFPP Strategy Day (following the recent Member’s Engagement session in Vienna), including our host ACS, and remotely, the NZ Board, Presidents/ CEOs (or their nominees) from our Member Societies from around the world.
In addition, there are several activities taking place around the above meetings, which may be of your interest:
- The Chair of the IFIP Technical Assembly, Philippe Palanque, head of the Interactive Critical Systems at IRIT, France, is speaking at 9:00am-1:00pm (ADEST) at a NSW Space Research Series Event – Use of Space in Earth Observation and coordinating Space research as an enabler for other disciplines and industry. - ACS is also hosting an ACS Think Tank Event– “Worldwide Digital Transformation: The challenges for Global Governance and Professionalism in IT”. Please see the event registration, if attending virtually or to view the event synopsis.
