Pragmatics brings in the context of communication, the ability to craft business communication that has clarity of intent by the sender, is understood by the receiver and prompts the desired actions.  For this you need to get control of ambiguity and get better at defining context and purpose of your data.

This session talks about Ambiguity, what causes it and how to handle it? You will learn about a practical method to achieve this and rise above the semantic level to far great levels of interoperability using the Q6FSA approach.
