The importance of governance and digital DNA to achieve full digital customer adoption

Traditional organizations are transforming their business to adapt to the digital era. These organizations are in a struggle to continuously adapt and innovate to disrupting technologies and business models. In this session Corence Klop will learn us how digitalisation and innovation, from idea generation to implementation, is organized at the Rabobank and how the Rabobank is continuously transforming itself to cope with disruptions.

Corence Klop

Corence currently works as advisor for Bart Leurs, Chief Digital Transformation Officer (DTO) in the board of the Rabobank. In this role she supports the development, implementation and realization of a common strategy and vision throughout the department, oversees the day-to-day operations of DTO and provides solicited and unsolicited advice to the Digital Transformation Officer and MT DTO, monitors ongoing projects within the department and manages support staff (management assistants, business managers, communication professionals and 1st line compliance, legal, risk experts).

In former roles, Corence has worked as a product manager within the Retail Netherlands domain, as a project manager for the international direct banks and as a service professional for several wholesale operations locations. Corence is a passionate change manager, with focus on both vision and results. These results are achieved with her enthusiasm and collaboration.
